I was not “born this way”

I was born.  That’s all.  I wasn’t born a girl, I wasn’t born trans, I was simply born.  Society told me I was a girl, the opposite of boy, and my disidentification with that label makes me trans.  

I was born human.  Everything else is socially determined.
